Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, management will review each booking individually and may offer a date change or credit where possible.

Group Bookings & Events

Reservations for weddings, conferences, banquets, and group bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms as stated in the booking agreement.
